We are busy making posters to introduce our school to our partner school in France. We decided that the French pupils might be interested in the instruments that we are learning here in Scotland. The first group to be photographed in action were the people learning chanter and bagpipes. We wonder if any pupils in France will learn this at school? We think probably not!
“We are learning to play the bagpipes” in French is “On apprend à jouer de la cornemuse.”
