“This week in science we made our own drop tower rides. We had to try and keep the Lego person inside the ride with a view, and it had to look attractive – we could not stick the Lego person to the ride in any way. We got cups to make the base of the ride and we were given things like pipe cleaners, straws, pyjamas, foam, tape, toilet roll tubes and bubble wrap. We had to make it safe so it could not hit the bottom of the ride hard! We had to make sure it went down as safe as possible but it still had to be fun.
We learnt about gravity and how it works in the lesson.
We really enjoyed this science lesson!”
