On Wednesday morning, pupils in P5, P6 and P7 attended workshops with Jennifer Murdoch, our local Highlife Highland Network Librarian.
She helped the children to consider the reliability of different sources, using the example of a fictitious website about an island for dogs. As the pupils read more deeply, they realised that all was not as it seemed!
We managed to take a quick picture of Jennifer at lunchtime, before she left to visit another school.
Jennifer will be back with us in the new year, to look at encyclopedias online.
