Last Friday morning, our pupils attended a special WW1 exhibition at the Blairbeg Hall. It was all about the Glen Urquhart men from the First World War who are listed on the War Memorial in Drumnadrochit.
Pupils were asked to complete a quiz about the exhibition in pairs.
Josie MacKenzie very kindly gifted the school a copy of the book that she has written about these men, called “Not forgotten in the Glen.” She has spent years researching each of the men that were listed on the memorial, some of whom have relatives studying (and working) at our primary school. Can you figure out who they are?
